About Us

A restoration from the heart!

Vivaana Heritage Hotels – Where Stories Live On

Vivaana Heritage Hotels is a curated collection of lovingly restored havelis that invite you to step into the heart of India’s cultural past. What began as a restoration project in the fresco-filled region of Shekhawati has grown into a passionate movement to revive, protect, and celebrate the country’s architectural and artistic heritage.

Founded by the Khanna family, Vivaana blends the elegance of historic spaces with the warmth of personal hospitality. Each of our properties—from the 19th-century twin havelis of Mandawa and Nawalgarh to the charming Neem Haveli and Kathika Cultural Centre in Old Delhi—is a living testament to India’s timeless artistry and soulful traditions.

At Vivaana, heritage is more than architecture. It’s a feeling, a memory, a connection. Through every carved archway, hand-painted fresco, and curated guest experience, we invite you to slow down, look closer, and live the stories that history left behind.

Welcome to Vivaana—where every stay is a celebration of India’s past, made meaningful for today.

Shekhawati Revival Project

Once a vibrant hub of art and architecture, Shekhawati region had slowly faded into obscurity. Seeing the silent decay of its magnificent havelis and frescoes, Mr. Atul Khanna entrepreneur and passionate heritage conservationist felt compelled to act. What began as a personal mission over a decade ago has now grown into a structured initiative supported by the Kathika Trust.

The Shekhawati Revival Project is not just about rebuilding walls it’s about reviving culture, sparking conversations, and reconnecting people to a forgotten past. Grounded in sustainable and adaptive reuse, the project aims to breathe life back into this historic land and inspire greater awareness and appreciation for its legacy.
